1.         PRE-REGISTRATION OF SUBJECT

 

Please be informed that the pre-registration of subjects will start from 21st April 2014 till 16th May 2014(4 weeks) and must be done via online services by logging on to http://online.unikl.edu.my.

 

Kindly take note that pre-subject registration is COMPULSORY to all students who wish to register for semester September 2014. This is to ensure the availability of subjects and sufficient number of classes to be offered.

 

Please be reminded that failure to complete the pre-registration will affect your study plan and may lengthen your duration of studies.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION-FUTHER STUDY - MEMO & APPLICATION FORM 2014

 

 

Assalamualaikum and Good Day,

 

Dear Students

To whom who wish request LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION further study abroad or locally, you may apply request the letter thru Deputy Dean Office.  However, you have to fulfill the following criteria in order to consider your application.  Criteria are as follows:-

 

1.      Student of UniKL BMI

2.      Completed studies in UniKL BMI  OR

3.      In Study with condition Final Semester Student OR Undergo INTRA

4.      Diploma student applying Bachelor Program ( Local/Abroad)

5.      Bachelor student applying Master Program (Local/Abroad)

6. Diploma student applying direct program such as M.Eng or Msc program – applicant must submit supporting document of program information or relevant supporting document in order to support your application. Fail to do so, your application may rejected.

7.      Supporting documents of further studies.

8.      Final semester transcript with CGPA.

 

However, only student with complete documentation will be notify thru email.  Recommendation letter will recommended by Deputy Dean of Academic & Technology, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Izhar A. Bakar.

4.1    Approval from Academic Advisor is needed for ADD and DROP subject. Kindly consult your Academic Advisor prior to ADD or DROP of subjects to avoid any delays for approval.

4.2    Any corrections of subject registration after WEEK 4 will be charged RM 50 per subject.

4.3    Students are required to verify the subject registration by WEEK 4 and print a copy of the subject registration slip for your reference.

4.4    Students are highly reminded not to simply DROP the subject in order to change your timetable or lecturer.
