PRE-REGISTRATION OF SUBJECT FOR SEMESTER SEPTEMBER- FOR STUDENTS INTAKE JUNE 2014

Dear Students,

 

1.         PRE-REGISTRATION OF SUBJECT

 

a.       Please be informed that the pre-registration of subjects for students INTAKE 2014 will be done by administrator.

 

b.      Please also be informed that this subject registration is not final, as your final subject registration will be based on the GPA obtained. The maximum credit hours is as per table below:-

c.       As such, kindly check your subject registration from 1st September 2014 till 7th September 2014(1 week) via online services by logging on to http://online.unikl.edu.my.

 

2.         SEMESTER REGISTRATION

Students are required to ensure all fees are paid accordingly. Those with outstanding fee will not be allowed to complete the semester registration process.

3. ADDING SUBJECTS

All students are required to consult their Academic Advisers for the subjects to be registered up to maximum credit hours. Student may add subjects before the end of week 1 of the academic semester but the approval is subject to the availability of classes’ .Please refer to Study Planner via http://online.unikl.edu.my for reference.

SEMESTER SEPTEMBER 2014 REGISTRATION (Returning Students)

 

 

1. FEES (REGISTRATION, HOSTEL, and TUITION)

 

Payment of the above fees must be made from 1st to 29th August 2014. Students can obtain their invoice number at student’s portal starting 1 August 2014.

 

Those who are not eligible for education loan or sponsorship in semester September 2014 need to pay 40% of tuition fee according to the deadline above. Balance of the tuition fee must be paid as stated in Surat Aku Janji which will be generated after 40% payment has been made.

ii. Click Semester Registration

iii. Click Subject Registration

iv. Click View timetable to verify subjects registered

 

Remarks:

 

- Students may register online after 3 working days of payment

- Students with outstanding payment will not be allowed to register. Please contact finance unit for verification.

- Pre-registered subjects will be deleted if students fail to register semester by 12 September 2014. Students need to redo the subject registration.

 

3 – 12 September 2014

(week 0 – week 1)

Students need to come to Academic Services Section for registration.

Late registration (fine of RM 50.00 will be imposed)

 

Students need to come to Academic Services Section for registration. Please take note that students are not allowed to add subjects during late registration period.

 

15 – 19 September 2014

(week 2)

Students who fail to register semester will be deferred or terminated. Any request to change status may not be allowed and students’ education loan or sponsorship may be suspended.

The UniKL Student Code of Conduct must be observed and adhered to. Those who do not comply with the regulation will not be allowed to register.

Please take note that the MUET requirement applies to all Bachelor of Engineering Technology  programmes offered by IPTS and IPTA as required by the MQA Enginering and Engineering Technology Programme Standards 2011.
